1. Use of the Service

The Typing Tester is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of WPM measurements for any specific purpose, including hiring or evaluation.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Typing Tester and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

4. Intellectual property

All branding, design, and code of the Service are owned by The Typing Tester or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

5. Third-party content

The word lists used in tests are derived from common public-domain English vocabulary. We may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
