5 minute typing test

A 5-minute typing test is endurance-grade — exposes fatigue, posture issues, and focus drift over time. Used for advanced certifications and competitive practice.

How to take the 5 minute test

Go to the main test page, then set the timer to 120s and run two back-to-back rounds for a full 4-minute endurance measurement. Click the typing area and start typing.

What's a good 5 minute score?

Short tests skew higher than long ones. Most typists score 10–20% higher on 15s than on 120s because there's no time to fatigue. The 300-second test is best for endurance and accuracy under fatigue.
